Came under Tumaini care early 2017.

Regan is being assisted in an outreach capacity.  He and his mother live with Regan’s grandparents.  Bibi (grandmother) suffers from diabetes and Babu (grandfather) is failing.  Regan’s mom is trapped at home caring for her parents which prohibits her from going out to work and to find school fees.  Tumaini is assisting with school fees to alleviate some of the pressure on mom and to allow Regan an opportunity to attend school.
