Frank attended the University of Dar es Salaam, obtaining his B.A. in History and Archeology, and then began supervising field studies in university.  He worked with Ifakara Health Institute dealing with HIV+ victims.  Frank taught secondary school for four years before joining our Tumaini team, bringing his skills to us in Administration and Project Management.
